There may be more models and styles available for certain groups, but that’s just how the shoe market works. This is not a case where they are only looking to serve one group at the expense of another.

Ultimately, this is up to you. We would suggest it purely based on the fact that it will reduce your chances of having odors develop in your shoes. However, many people just want to be as free as possible, so they skip over this by not wearing socks at all. The best plan, in our opinion, is to wear a low cut pair of socks that can’t be seen. That way you don’t look like a dork, yet you get full protection from your shoes getting all yucky and smelly!
